Ways to Give

Rocky Point Bird Observatory offers a variety of giving options in order to let you choose the way that best fits your preferences.

1. One-time donations: simple and straightforward to provide immediate support to our migration monitoring programs. 
2. Monthly donations: you are able to set up automatic, regular contributions.  This is the most impactful donation for RPBO, providing security for monthly cash flow and expenses, and allowing us to plan for hiring seasonal banding staff and educators. 
3. Give in Honour or Memory: you can make a gift to RPBO in someone’s name as a meaningful way to honour that person, and support bird conservation at the same time.
   A memorial gift is a meaningful way to celebrate the life of a friend or loved one. You can send an ecard notifying a loved one of your gift. If you would like more information about giving in memory, please contact  development@rpbo.org. 
4. Gifts of securities: These can include stocks, mutual funds, segregated funds, bonds, flow-through shares, and employee stock options.  Your broker can transfer your securities to Rocky Point Bird Observatory by contacting  development@rpbo.org. 
5. Planned Giving: We are deeply thankful to donors who have planned legacy gifts to Rocky Point Bird Observatory by remembering us in their wills. You can learn more about leaving a gift in your Will by through the link below.
