Feathers and Flight Night

Feathers and Flight Night

Join RPBO on the first Thursday evening of each month for Feathers and Flight Night!

Feathers and Flight Night is your gateway to in-depth knowledge about birds, led by experts in the field. Each month, we explore a new topic, from 'Winter Birds' to 'Owls of Southern Vancouver Island', and 'How Technology is Changing How We See Birds'. Upcoming presentations will also focus on bird conservation programs, bird-friendly gardening, and tips for caring for your hummingbird feeder. These sessions are not just informative, but also provide detailed information about various bird species, their behaviour, identification tips, and habitats, all presented by experts who provide valuable insights into these species, their environments, and current conservation efforts.

Feathers and Flight Night is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your knowledge about birds and connect with fellow bird enthusiasts in our community. You will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges birds face, the importance of their preservation, and what you can do to make a positive impact.

Visit the RPBO Calendar of Events to register for upcoming presentations.
